Services Offered
Birth Doula and labor Support Package
$1,600
This package includes a free Zoom consultation, one 2-hour prenatal visit to discuss pregnancy, labor, birth, advocacy, birth preferences, post partum planning and much more. Physical support during your birth, 24/7 on call support after 37 weeks, and 1 follow up postpartum visit.
Post Partum/ Day Support Visit
$50 Per Hour
Minimum 2 hours
During this visit I will make sure we focus on your well-being and ensure you are getting an adequate amount of sleep and recovery. I’m here to assist you with baths, feedings and meal prep whenever you just need “Me time”. I understand that parent’s need a moment to themselves.
Breastfeeding Support
$50 Per Hour
Minimum of 2 visits
At this visit I will educate you on breast pumps, and breastfeeding, and check how your baby is latching. I will provide you with different feeding techniques and design a custom care plan for you. Together we will overcome challenges, and any difficulties you or your baby might face.
What is a Doula?
A Doula provides consistent emotional, physical, and educational support to pregnant people and their families during labor and delivery. They act as coaches and companions, offering constant encouragement and communication during labor. A Doula also offers massage techniques, aroma therapy, and assists the pregnant person with different positions to help make them more comfortable.
